Expo Home Improvement is looking for a positive, passionate and proactive team member to be our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist, responsible for optimizing the platform to enhance our Customer Lifecycle Journey primarily through engaging text and email campaigns. Leveraging technology, automation and your creative skillset to communicate effectively with our customers, utilizing your keen insight into how our customers want to be communicated with and when. Both UX and CX are the key to success.


This role will also provide technical expertise to ensure UX and CS excellence by scaling digital solutions, email marketing campaigns, and data integration. Working closely with the IT and marketing teams, they will ensure that the platform is leveraged to its optimal capabilities. As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will work with integrated campaign managers and data analytics to translate insights into innovative, cross-channel experiences for our key audiences. You'll also have opportunities to work with other departments across the company as you help us create the best client experience imaginable.

This individual has strong conceptual thinking, excellent writing, and proficient in the digital marketing tools of the trade. They are a proactive team member that takes ownership of proposing new ideas and seeing them through to completion. This person is also able to show their thinking and present their ideas to anyone in a professional manner —from internal teams to client teams to creative partners.


This role is all about connection, people, conversations and developing customer relationships that lead to repeat business. 


Day-to-Day Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee day-to-day Salesforce/Marketing Cloud automation via email drip campaigns, customer workflows and conversion optimization.
  • Create, write, edit, and implement current and new marketing CX campaigns via text/email.
  • Guide and collaborate with Marketing leadership to create customer communication strategies for acquisition, lead nurturing, customer cross-sell/up-sell, and customer retention.
  • A/B and other testing methodology to enhance engagement and deliverability.
  • Analyze email trends, spot patterns, and suggest ideas to improve campaigns to be on par with best practices and advancing email marketing strategies.
  • Ensuring compliant use of client data and consent.
  • Ensuring the end-to-end execution of integrated, cross channel campaigns, using email, SMS, cloud pages, and other digital experiences.
  • Ensuring campaign designs and templates are optimized to be user and device friendly.
  • Owning maintenance of evergreen client communications.
  • Notifying stakeholders when campaigns are blocked, postponed, cancelled, and deployed.
  • Engaging with the analytics & reporting function to provide campaign performance reporting, allowing leadership to see the funnel from impressions to resulting revenue.
  • Developing CX content campaign calendars. (Lifecycle communications)
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
  • Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of solid experience within an applicable Automation or Marketing role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience utilizing Salesforce CRM and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Prior success with lead nurturing programs, triggered emails, marketing automation and content personalization efforts.
  • Proficiency with HTML, SQL, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite and other marketing tools is strongly preferred.

Job Summary:

The ideal Bath Installer will play a critical role in installing bathroom one-piece panels in customers in our San Antonio territory (including, surrounding areas). The Installer will be trained on our products and installation guidelines for constructing our products at our customers' homes and support our growing company.


The successful candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • Experience in general carpentry skills and home remodeling
  • High Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and maintain company integrity
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professionalism in appearance and work ethics
  • Ability to work proficiently and meet time restraints
  • Ability to climb stairs and/or climbing ladders while carrying applicable materials
  • Ability to direct and manage an installation assistant


Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with Expo customers in a professional manner while always maintaining the integrity of the Expo company reputation
  • Communicate clearly to the homeowner throughout the installation process
  • Supervise the loading of all required products, tools, and resources necessary to complete the assigned installations
  • Review the contract, materials, and instructions/drawings prior to starting on installation
  • Ensure that all job site areas are built in compliance with manufacturers engineering specifications as well as regulatory code requirements
  • Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Follow pre and post-installation procedures and complete all required safety training
  • Present invoicing to the customer prior to and after installation and arrange their presence after completion for a final walkthrough to demonstrate and ensure the functionality of installation and customer satisfaction
  • Assist installation manager in any way that contributes to meeting company standards and achieving department goals
  • Contribute to a fair and positive teamwork environment
  • Troubleshoot unforeseen situations and communicate to installation manager
  • Clean work area daily throughout the entire installation process
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the installation and/or division managers

  • Position: Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master with the Texas State Board of Plumbing
  • Rotational Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday/Monday off), then Monday-Friday (with Saturday overtime). Flexible Schedule that includes weekends and holidays if necessary
  • Location: San Antonio, TX area
  • Status: Full-time

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master plumber (no RMP needed)
  • Must have current and active plumbing license or certification issued with the state of Texas
  • Must have personal hand tools
  • Be flexible to work overtime when needed and be on call for weekend service calls
  • Dispatched from the house (take home assigned work truck)
  • Clean driving record and background check

  • Tub to shower conversion
  • Walk-In Tubs
  • Setting pans, shower valves, and vanity faucets
  • Assemble and install plumbing systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing
  • Review job specs and building codes to determine optimal work procedures
  • Make jobs ready for inspection with required testing
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Physical Demands:

While performing duties of the job, the employee is occasionally required to move around, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
